The Fort Point Payments' Merchant Spotlight this month is NuVision Health Center. The merchant contacted our office when they needed processing because their current processor was closing their merchant services account. Their current processor no longer supported consultation and vitamin supplement sales. We explained to Dr. Nick Zyrowski and his customer support specialist Ashleigh that we will find them another processor. The key in getting them a new merchant services account was clearly laying out for the underwriter exactly how the Nuvision Health Center process worked, and the quality of supplement products that they sold. We let the Doctor and his partner know that it is going to take a little time.
